Commissioned Work:
--Commissioned pieces have a 50% non-returnable deposit.
--After receipt of the 50% deposit and the Buyer wants to make changes to the original agreement there will be additional cost to the Buyer and the original agreement will be revised with the additional costs.
Returns and exchange details:
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item to let me know you would like a refund. Item must be in original condition, with original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of items condition. If returned item is not in original condition a refund will not be issued and the buyer will be responsible for re-delivery shipping charge.
